Terms and Conditions for short time rental

If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and
conditions, you must not use services provided by ROSUITES
ACCOMMODATION.
* After reading the terms and condition and you agree to the
terms and conditions, ROSUITES ACCOMMODATION considers that
the terms and conditions have been read and accepted by the
client wishing to use the services provided by ROSUITES
ACCOMMODATION, and that the client cannot depart from those
terms and conditions.
* The following terms and conditions apply to all
reservation requests made by telephone, fax or on the
Internet.
* Rates: The standard rate
includes the complete cost of the apartment, all furnishings
and utilities. You do not need to worry about paying bills,
resolving maintenance issues, just move-in, relax and enjoy
the our apartments in Bucharest.

The check out can be shifted according as the arrival
time of the next client.
For late check-out (after 18.00) the tax is
20 euro.
1. SERVICES
On the ROSUITES ACCOMMODATION web site, the company offers
the possibility of reserving. On the web site, information
regarding the product (apartment rental or car rental) is
provided: type, comfort, features and rates. Should the
apartment chosen by the client be not available for the
required dates, the client accepts that ROSUITES
ACCOMMODATION finds an alternative with the same features to
meet the initial request.
2. RESERVATION
ROSUITES Accommodation reserves the right to substitute the
apartment reserved with another, similar or higher category,
but at the initial and confirmed rate, in case the apartment
reserved cannot be rented because of internal problems.
3. CAPACITY
For the studios a maximum of two persons are allowed, while
for the two rooms apartments there are allowed three
persons. In case of a larger number of clients an extra tax
of 5 Euros per day and per person will apply.
4. CLEANING SERVICES
ROSUITES Accommodation will provide cleaning services once
in 4 days free of charge. For additional requests of these
services, there is a charge of 10 Euros. Laundry is not
included, but might be provided on request with a 10% fee
from the amount on the receipt.
5. INVENTORY
The client has to use and keep in good condition all
inventory objects in the apartments. In case of breaking or
destroying an object, the amount of the damage shall be
charged.
6. RATES AND PAYMENT
Rates shown on the website published by ROSUITES
ACCOMMODATION are indicated in Euros and do not include VAT.
Rates are subject to changes according to the period. For
some specific periods, in order to confirm a reservation
ROSUITES Accommodation might request that the client pays in
advance for the first two nights. In this case, should the
reservation be canceled by the client, he/she will not be
refunded. In all other situations, payment is due upon
arrival.
7. CANCELATION
If the client has paid to ROSUITES ACCOMMODATION upon
request a two days amount in advance, he/she will not be
refunded.
8. INSURANCE
In case of a robbery, persons and personal property of the
apartments customers are not covered or included in the
apartment’s rate.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the
laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of laws
provisions.
